It is nothing new in the historical and sociological view that fear is the main incentive to demand strong manners, authoritarian regimes, I should like to thank the rapporteur for the work he has put into this report. when I first got in to Second Life I found a complete reconstruction of the last pink floyd concert arena where I got this free jacket for my avatar... the symbol comes from THE WALL movie, I believe, that I consider an total pacifist act... so it is not 
a militarist jacket  but of course i cannot ask as the place is gone...
