I do not really believe that a car can be considered
"commercially mass-produced"
until one can recharge battery all over in a country... and not mainly in the garden of his own house...
because cannot be used by a mass of people.
only an elite have the condition to use it :-)
and I would take it seriously when the most of energy come out from something different then nuclear power plant
